So I got a new phone yesterday and part of the fun of setting it up was finally having a phone that supports the awesome, free, QR code reader Kaywa! So after a lot of thinking, planning, procrastinating and finally implementing the new improved version of electrotrash.co.za is up and running!

electrotrash.co.za is a website that a friend of mine and I started around 4 years ago or so. It focusses on the South African electronic music community, exposing new artists, advertising events and creates a meeting place for people that are into electronic music and live in South Africa!

So it’s been a very eXtreme past few months with a lot of crazy busy things going down! So this is a “bring you up to date” post…

It’s been so quiet up in here because of a damn thing called university… it’s been keeping me so busy that there just hasn’t been enough time to do a lot of other things. I did get to build some cool electronic stuff for this project of ours, so it wasn’t too bad!

So today was Wednesday… that means that I got to go and play at my home boy Ollie’s house! Every Wednesday I go there to record my Totally Trashy Listing segment for the 5th Element Show on 5fm. This is always a highlight of my week because:

1. I get to hang out with Ollie and talk shit
2. I get to record me talking shit
3. I get to look at all of Ollies latest Trax magazines from France.
